Eagle Strength and Fitness is a state of the art Fitness Center with 28 pieces of Matrix G3 strength training equipment, over 4,000 pounds of free weights, numerous bars and cable attachments and 12 pieces of Matrix high tech cardio equipment. We are located right here in Eagle, just mere minutes away. Why spend your time driving to the gym when you could spend that time IN the gym? Unless of course you like spending extra money on gas.

Not sure what to do or how to do it? We're here for you. At Eagle Strength and Fitness you will be part of the family. Just let us know and we can set you up with a workout program to point you in the right direction. Also with our Matrix G3 equipment its easy to learn.

CARDIO

If you're looking to lose weight, get healthy, stay fit or reduce stress we have the machine for you. Treadmills, ellipticals, upright or recumbent bikes, we've got you covered.
